Black Annealed Wire

We offer two kinds of annealed wire, bright annealed and black annealed wire.

Black annealed wire gets its name from its plain black color.

Wire Materials: Carbon steel wire.

Uses: Black annealed wire is mainly processed into coil wire, spool wire or big package wire. Or further straightened and cut into cut wire and U type wire.

Annealed wire is used as tie wire or baling wire in building, parks and daily binding.

Packing: Spools, Coils.

Wire Diameters: Similar to galvanized iron wire, from 5mm to 0.15mm (wire gauge 6# to 38#).

Standard Gauge: from 5# --38# (0.17mm-4.5mm)

Tensile Strength: 35-55kg/mm2

Elongation rate: 10%-25%

Characteristics and Application: Strong flexibility plasticity and a wide rang of uses such as daily binding construction use, industrial use handcraft making net etc.

Commom packing: 0.5kg -1000kgs/coil, plastic film inside then wrapped with white or other color PVC weaving bag or hessian cloth outside.
